If a subscriber is not receiving your release notes emails, their address may have been unsubscribed — either by clicking the unsubscribe link in a previous email or through a bulk import that encountered a prior opt-out. You can check the status of any recipient from the Destinations page by searching for their address and filtering by unsubscribed status. Unsubscribed recipients cannot be reactivated by re-adding them, so if a subscriber wants to rejoin they will need to be added via a fresh opt-in process.
