Shipstar is a GitHub App, not a personal token. An admin installs it on the organization (or a personal account), picks the repositories on GitHub's own install screen, and it shows up under Installed GitHub Apps like any other tool. Access is read-only — repository metadata and commits — and can be suspended or revoked from GitHub at any time.
